Really enjoyed this. There is so much misinformation about weight training and body building out there the easy tips prescribed here are critical.
Thanks for the intro to S.M.A.R.T goal planing I’ve been looking more into it and it seems like a very effective way to set goals. I really liked the 6 P’s. I’m going to definitely start using the negative of a rep more, and try squeezing the bar during my lifts to see what type of difference it makes. I will say listening to this makes me realize I need to stop lifting so heavy because you’re right no one cares how much you lift unless you’re going out for worlds strongest man. The last thing is I need to end my master cleanse…I’m already a week into it and I wish I heard this sooner! (just kidding).
